Challenge: Designing a comprehensive website with a focus on attracting and inviting new quality candidates to apply to work with us.

Solution: I started with doing research to find out what the problem was with the current website. I discovered that most candidates that were applying for a job did not have a clear understanding about the company. To solve the problem I came up with 5 different pages focusing on different aspects, but all with one thing in common: getting the user to feel excited about the company and want to apply.
