Product: CheckPeople.com Dashboard – CheckPeople is a platform that allows you to easily locate public records and criminal records. It allows you to conduct background searches affordably and in a format that is simple and easy to understand.

Tools used: Hotjar (Research, Analytics), Sketch (Design)

Challenge: Redesigning current dashboard and adding new features to improve customer satisfaction.

Solution: Giving the user a seamless experience by allowing them to make a search at any given time. Adding 2 main features: Account Settings and Sex Offender Watch. The “Account Settings” section allows the user to edit their personal information, edit payment settings, change their password, and also cancel a subscription. The “Sex Offender Watch” feature allows the user to monitor sex offender activity in any chosen address/es.
